MEET
Arrange a suitable time to sit with Gayle at our Eltham office and discuss your thoughts and ideas, discuss any photos or drawings you may have collected. From you thoughts, ideas, specific requirements and budget we form a Design Brief.

SITE VISIT
Gayle and our Designer will visit your site to get a feel for the blocks orientation, views, fall etc so as to gain ideas for your new homes final layout and presentation.

ESTIMATE
We will then put all the above details together and provide a written ‘ball park’ figure based on your requested style of home, squarage – approximate room size, inclusions list and allowances. If this is acceptable the next step is a Preliminary Agreement.

PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT
This is a contract to design your new home. It will provide you with a Concept Design, fully individualized specifications, Working Drawings and a fixed price proposal to build your new home.

BUILDING CONTRACT
Should you accept our proposal price a Building contract will be entered into, a Building Permit obtained and we would expect to begin work within 21 days.

TIMING
This whole process will take between 3 and 7 months and depend on whether a Town Planning Permit is required.

ENJOY
Within 10 - 14 months - depending on the size of your home and contractual agreement you will be living in your ‘Dream Home’.
