background (she is the successful financial controller
of the company), and since 1988 she has been an active
partner in the building business.

Typically, Gayle Cole or one of her enthusiastic team
members will greet you on the phone. She will attend
to your every need in the initial stages when you are
trying to work out this whole ‘building thing’
and later when you are choosing specification items
like tiles, bricks, etc. and finally when hand-over
of your home takes place.
Bryan Cole is the managing director of the company.
He started out as a bricklayer and then moved into building,
completing a Building Construction Course. He is currently
Senior Coach of the Montmorency Football Club after
playing and being a part of the club for many years
including three years as president. Bryan is used to
dealing with all types of people and clients (if they
barrack for the right team!)
Bryan drives all the construction and project management.
He makes sure your home is built on time and to the
specifications. Bryan has his own personal supervisor
to help maintain high performance and consistent control
over every home during construction.
We have learnt to listen to your special needs (especially
after many years of marriage) and to give you what you
require in a builder whilst being true to our own conscience.
You will receive a very high standard of product and
service for a competitive price.
Clients want someone who will deliver their home with
a minimum of fuss, give them good advice when warranted,
be reliable and offer great service. For example we
would be pleased to put you in touch with our preferred
fencer, landscape gardener etc and let you deal directly
with them knowing that they will look after you in all
of the areas mentioned above.
Whenever you feel that you need to discuss something
or feel you have a special requirement, we are happy
to meet with you at a mutually convenient time. For
example, one of our clients wanted us to ring them when
their windows were on site, you only need to communicate
to us and we will willingly oblige.

As you probably know, we will provide you with a seven
year building insurance warranty. We provide this with
commitment and confidence knowing that we have done
all we can to provide you with the best quality available…
and we back this up with personal service.
